"I was smoking over 10 cigarettes a day, had tried nicotine gums and patches in the past, nothing really worked. 6 months ago I got my hands on the alt. for the first time and I can proudly say switching worked for me, I was smoking cigarettes initially but they reduced to 1/day and eventually off completely. I feel much better now, can hike without a loss of breath which I couldn't in the past and can taste food better."
